Throughout his life and career, finance expert and entrepreneur Scott F. Gelbard has maintained involvement in an array of educational, professional, charitable, and personal endeavors. Raised in Palm Beach County, Florida, Scott F. Gelbard excelled in athletics at Spanish River Community High School, where he played on the school's varsity boys' soccer team. Following graduation from high school, Scott F. Gelbard gained admission to Palm Beach Atlantic University and continued his athletic activities as a member of the NCAA Division II PBA Sailfish soccer organization. After completion of his freshman year at Palm Beach Atlantic, Scott F. Gelbard transferred to Colorado State University and refocused his energy on academic and professional pursuits. As an undergraduate at Colorado State University, Scott F. Gelbard studied consumer science, finance, and business administration, building an educational foundation for his future profession.

In addition, Scott F. Gelbard served in an entry-level capacity for an investor relations firm during his collegiate career, which enriched his undergraduate experience. Graduating from Colorado State University in May 1999 with a B.S. in Business Administration, Scott F. Gelbard joined fellow professionals to form Regency Financial, an investment banking organization. Three years later, Scott F. Gelbard and his colleagues launched the Regency Group, which maintained a specialization in stock promotion and venture capital. Today, he serves as a partner at Denver-based Apis Ventures, LLC, where he helps arrange funding and leadership for emerging companies.

Aside from professional endeavors, Scott F. Gelbard has volunteered his time, energy, and resources to a number of charitable organizations. Throughout the years, Scott F. Gelbard has donated to Disabled American Veterans, Food Bank of the Rockies, and the Men for the Cure Foundation. In addition, Scott F. Gelbard coaches his sons' soccer and hockey teams, the Arapahoe Warriors. Highly active in his free time, Scott F. Gelbard enjoys riding a dirt bike, skiing, working out at the gym, and playing soccer and hockey. An avid reader as well, Scott F. Gelbard counts Stephen King and Vince Flynn as some of his favorite authors. Scott F. Gelbard resides in Denver with his family.
